                             Handwriting Group – Fall Session 2025

Sensory Advantage is excited to continue our
partnership with St. Thomas Aquinas to offer our
innovative Therapeutic Enrichment groups for the
2025-2026 school year as part of their after school
programming. These groups promote targeted skill
development and improved attention  to support
optimal classroom performance.

There is more to handwriting than just holding a pencil. Learning to write is a complex task that involves the integration of multiple systems.  This group will introduce students to the Handwriting Hero Rules, an easy to understand and motivating framework that facilitates improved writing legibility. It will also use HWT prompts to reinforce correct letter formation. Participants will also build hand strength, fine motor coordination, and
visual motor control through play with a variety of manipulatives and participation in multi-sensory arts and craft projects.

No groups on October 13 (fall break) and November 25 (week of Thanksgiving)
Make-up session scheduled for December 8 as needed
Cost: $235, Early registration fee of $225 if you sign up before August 31.
