 School Musical Update – Mark Your Calendars! The curtain is about to rise on another exciting St. Thomas School Musical! We are thrilled to announce that this year’s musical for students in grades 5–8 will take place this fall. This schedule change is due to working around our two-week spring break and Marian University’s performance schedule, allowing us to provide the best possible experience for our cast, crew, and families. Performance Dates: December 4 & 5 We’re keeping the title a surprise for just a little longer, but we promise it’s a show full of memorable music, fun characters, and exciting moments that audiences of all ages will enjoy. The big reveal is coming very soon! Auditions are scheduled for Tuesday, September 1, immediately following the early dismissal. More details, audition materials, and sign-up information will be shared soon. You don’t need to have previous experience to be part of the production. Whether your student loves to sing, dance, act, or simply wants to try something new, the school musical is a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow, and shine. | BSA Troop 174 – Sign Up for New Scouts
Mark your calendars for August 31, 2026 at 7:00 PM for a prospective new Scout call-out and information session at Immaculate Heart of Mary. With a 75-year tradition, BSA Troop 174 is a very active troop including monthly hikes (campouts), high adventure opportunities, and an annual ski trip to Winter Park, CO! Importantly, our Boy Scouts learn leadership, character-building, and outdoor skills that last a lifetime. BSA Troop 174 meets on Monday nights during the school year at Immaculate Heart of Mary in the gym. Boys may join BSA Troop 174 in the fall if age 10 or older, and in the fifth grade or above. Preference is 5th graders with completion of Cub Scouts/Arrow of Light or incoming 6th graders for boys with no Cub Scout experience. Prior involvement in Cub Scouts is welcome, but not required.
