- Students: Shadow at BCHS!
All 8th grade students are invited to join us for a full school day where they will attend classes, eat lunch and participate in school activities with a current student. A shadowing experience is one of the most important ways for students to get an authentic look at what life is like at Bishop Chatard. - Parents: Join us for a Wednesday Walk-Thru!
These sessions give parents and guardians the opportunity to hear from current students and members of our leadership team and take a tour of the school while classes are in session. Each Wednesday Walk-Thru starts at 8 a.m. and lasts approximately two hours. Space is limited so registration is required. Wednesday Walk-Thru dates are planned for October 2 & 30, November 13, February 12 & 16, April 9 & 23. Click here to learn more and to reserve your Wednesday Walk-Thru seat!
- Parents: Financial Aid Information Night – Thursday, November 14
We recognize the financial commitment a family makes when choosing Bishop Chatard, and strive to reduce the impact affordability has in the school choice equation. To learn more about financial aid, plan to attend Financial Aid Information Night on Thursday, November 14 at 6:30 p.m. in the Kyle Guyton Theatre (Room 102). - Students: High School Placement Test – Saturday, November 16
The High School Placement Test will be held at Bishop Chatard on Saturday, November 16. While placement test results are not required for an application to be complete, all incoming freshman students applying to Bishop Chatard High School are required to take the test. The results of this test are used to appropriately place students in freshman year classes. Click here to learn more and register today.

Concerts & Performances
- Fall Music Concert – October 10
Join the Bishop Chatard band and choir for an evening of music on Thursday, October 10! The band and choir will perform in the Varsity Gymnasium at 7 p.m. All are invited to join us! Show your Trojan Pass for free admission.
- Fall Play – November 7, 8 & 9
The BCHS Fall Play – Leaving Iowa, is a comedic and heartwarming play centered around family, nostalgia, and the American tradition of the road trip. We hope to see you there!
