The Franciscan Health Flu Clinic sponsored by the STA Wellness Committee will occur on Sunday, October 19, 2025 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Bethany Room. Enhanced flu vaccines for those over 65 will be offered, too. Please visit the Wellness Committee Webpage, https://www.staindy.org/church/wellness-committee/, in order to print and pre-fill the vaccination consent forms for both adults and children.
There is no cost for the clinic. Participants are asked to bring their health insurance cards as Franciscan Health will bill the insurance for their supply costs. In completing the consent forms in advance, participants will be asked to provide the information from their health insurance cards. Even if you or someone you know might not have insurance at the time of the clinic, please still inquire with Franciscan Staff about how you can receive the vaccine.
