The Franciscan Health Flu Clinic, sponsored by the STA Wellness Committee, will occur on Sunday, September 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Bethany Room. Enhanced flu vaccines for those over 65 and pediatric doses for those aged 6 months to 8 years will be offered, as well as the standard vaccine for older children and adults. Franciscan will also offer the updated COVID vaccination as supplies permit.
Please visit the Wellness Committee Webpage, https://www.staindy.org/church/wellness-committee/, in order to print and complete the vaccination consent forms for each individual seeking a vaccination. If possible, participants are asked to bring a photocopy of their insurance card and ID to the Flu Clinic. If insurance is provided by participants, please note that Franciscan will bill insurance companies but cannot guarantee coverage. The cost of a flu shot for an individual with NO INSURANCE is $15.
