ACTIVITIES OF THE WEEK –MAY 3, 2026
6th SUNDAY OF EASTER
Choose one of the following activities as a way to further reflect on the Sunday readings:
- Discuss with your family what actions manifest the presence of the Holy Spirit in the world today. Make a list of such actions. Talk with your family about making a conscious effort to manifest the Spirit to others throughout the week.
- Pray together the Prayer of the Holy Spirit. Teach it to those members of the family who do not know it yet: Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful, and kindle in them the fire of your love. Send forth your Spirit and they shall be created. And you will renew the face of the earth. Amen. ~ Our Sunday Visitor – Lifelong Catechesis

Rising K-5th Graders*
Step through the mist into Rainforest Falls, overflowing with wild waterfalls, towering trees, and colorful creatures. Beneath a canopy of chattering birds and howling monkeys, kids plunge into a lifelong adventure of discovering the nature of God. They’ll explore what it means to be rooted in relationship with God, their creator, a safe place in life’s storms. Register now to experience:
- Dynamic hands-on Bible-learning activities
- Fun Crafts
- Team-building games
- Tasty treats
Sign-up deadline is May 18. The fee is $35 per child, and it provides each participant with a T-shirt, station supplies, take-home keepsakes and decorations. * Rising 4-th & 5-th graders may serve as Junior Crew leaders who help with snacks and assist younger campers with crafts and activities.
Volunteers may also sign up now. We need adults and students who will be entering grades 6-12 in fall 2026 to help supervise and run activities. It’s a fun way to earn service hours!
