Help choose the date for an Indy Black History Tour

Would you like to learn more about Black history in Indianapolis? The Race & Culture Committee plans to organize an historical walking tour this summer and needs your help in selecting the most workable date. The tour, which will be led by the “through2eyes” organization is 2 hours long. Participants walk about 2 miles. It will start and end at the Indianapolis Urban League on Indiana Avenue.

If we have 15 or more participants, the fee is about $20 a person, and children under 12 are free. (The price depends on how many people we have.) Many local businesses, congregations, and schools have taken advantage of these walking tours. For more information about “through2eyes,” click on the website and check out these articles.
