        1. Youth Mass @ 5:30 p.m.
        2. Pizza 6:30 p.m.
        3. Hanna Haunted Acres ~ 8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
          (Planning to leave STA ~7:15 p.m. and return to STA ~11:30 p.m.)
    • Registration forms can be found online at www.staindy.org/church/youth-ministry/
    • Chaperones are needed! *The cost is $30 per person for 5 attractions*
    • ** Registration & Payment must be mailed or dropped off to STA by Friday, September 29th **
    • ***Forms & payments received After the Deadline are not guaranteed to be accepted***
