Only a few more days until the Auction and Gala!  

Here’s some final information for those that are attending.  Looking forward to seeing you there!

The STA Gala and Auction is next Saturday, November 10th!  Doors open at 5:30 PM.  Event ends at 11 PM (although there should be plenty of after-party parties around town… in case you are looking…)

The Riverwalk Banquet Center and Lodge is located at 6729 E. Westfield Blvd, Indianapolis.

This is a ticketless event, but you need to have reserved your ‘virtual’ ticket (i.e. your name) to attend.  Give your name when you arrive and we’ll provide you with your table number, bid packet and paddle, and all other auction details.

There is a cash bar. And by cash, we mean only cash will be accepted.  But there will be an ATM there.  Just in case!

We are also set up to take cash, check or credit cards for Auction purchases.  Just in case you find that perfect Christmas present ( a week in Sanibel?) … for yourself.

  • Volunteers are still neededIf you are planning to attend and could donate your time to a short hospitality shift on Auction night, please contact Mary Kay Hudson (440-0931) or Melissa Etzler (372-8282) as soon as possible!
