Happy Friday, STA Families,

Although this afternoon has many students (and teachers?) counting the hours before break, the overall attitude of STA has been joyful today!  We’ve had a great day celebrating birthdays, shopping in mini-economy stores, playing outside and reviewing the new learning from this week.
  • Yearbook:  Attached is the 2014 Yearbook Order Form for the yearbook.  It is a hardback, full-color book compiled by our 8th grade yearbook team.
  • Uniform Update:  Students are allowed to wear uniform shorts after Spring Break.  Please review the uniform code for specifics.  https://www.staindy.org/uniform/
  • Walking School Bus Routes:   Walking School Buses will be moving again on Monday, April 7th after Spring Break and continuing through the end of the semester.  We are in the process of confirming this semester’s schedule of drivers, so please check our website next week for final details on your favorite route!  https://www.staindy.org/safe-routes-to-school/  Green and Purple routes will definitely be running on Monday.  Orange and Red may start Monday or later that week.  We always need more volunteers – to ‘drive’ the buses or help run the program.  Please contact Jennie Pyrz at jennie@pyrz.net or 317.224,9529 to volunteer or with any questions!
  • TigerCast:  If you want to know why the Giant Armadillo is the #1 household pet, what language they speak in England, and see a 1st grade flash mob, you can’t miss this week of TigerCast.  http://youtu.be/mxy_2gLFa-k
  • 7th Grade Compliment:  A group of STA 7th graders attended weekend Mass at St. Matthew’s last weekend and received a compliment from a parishioner on their behavior and participation in Mass.  Well done, 7th graders!
  • Return week:  A few reminders for returning from break…
    • Tuesday, April 8th:  HSA meeting at 7:45am in the Bethany Room.
    • Wednesday, April 9th:  6th Grade Invention Convention.
    • Thursday, April 10th:  Muffins with Mom at 7:00am & Spirit Wear Day.
    • Friday, April 11th:  Spring Picture Day.
I hope everyone has a safe and relaxing Spring Break!  God bless!
