Free Back to School Bash Saturday, Aug. 14
Come celebrate Butler-Tarkington and the start of school at a neighborhood party from 12-3 p.m. on Aug. 14 at North United Methodist Church. Enjoy free food, face painting, games, prizes and activities on the large church lawn at 38th and Meridian streets.
St. Thomas Aquinas will run the games, and volunteers are needed. Please contact Eileen Walthall at eileen.m.walthall@gmail.com if you’d like to help. The event is sponsored by neighborhood churches, the Butler-Tarkington Neighborhood Association and the MLK Center.
