The Mission of the St. Thomas Aquinas Parents’ Association (PA) is:PA page

  • to provide support for the principal and teachers;
  • to provide communication between the school and students’ families;
  • to provide enrichment opportunities for parents and children;
  • to provide family support in times of crisis;
  • to foster parish, community and business support for the school;
  • to provide financial assistance to STA as needed.

The PA supports our teachers with:

  • Innovation grants for the classroom
  • Box Top/Rebate collection to fund classroom supplies
  • Book Fair
  • Room Parents
  • Special lunches throughout the year, including Teacher Appreciation WeekIMG_8538
  • Stipends for classroom supplies

The PA supports our students and families with:

  • Family support for families in need (contact if you know of a family in need, or need support yourself)
  • Back to School Night
  • New Parent Orientation
  • Used Uniform Sale
  • ISTEP breakfasts

The PA organizes and funds many fun events throughout the year:

  • Sock Hop
  • Art Show
  • Grandparent’s Day
  • Field Day Lunch
  • All classroom field trips

In addition, the PA also contributes funds to many other STA initiatives including emergency assistance and capital improvements.
