Stories of St. Thomas – In early 2011 the STA Stories initiative was launched at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Indianapolis. The idea behind the stories was to ask parishioners to share their impactful and inspiring stories which have made a difference in the life of the storyteller and/or others. They will have been “aha” or “sliding door” moments that often have changed the course of life of the storyteller and frequently those around them. There are many untold stories like this in the parish, stories that will enrich the parish in their telling. We want to hear them and read about them.
There is no regular schedule for presentation. When they are scheduled, parishioners are invited to stay after the 10:30 Sunday Mass for about 20-25 minutes. Then everyone leaves feeling uplifted and inspired.
