BLANKET SUNDAY
As fall and winter approach, St Vincent de Paul is in need of blankets for those in need in central Indiana. October 7 and 8 have been designated “Blanket Sunday” weekend at St Thomas Aquinas Church. Please bring new or used blankets to the Narthex that weekend (they can be placed in the collection area for the food pantry); they will then be taken by volunteers to the SVdP warehouse for distribution to those in need.
Other bed linens and towels will also be gratefully accepted. Thank you for your consideration of this initiative- your donations will have a very real and positive impact for many in our community this winter.
